We have old control force stick that outputs +-15volts DC. the new a/d converter only accepts 0-+5 volts dc so we need to convert the output from +_15vdc to 0-+5vdc. any Ideas??

Is it definitely that way round? +15V -> 0V, -15V -> +5V?
