connecting multiple circuits to one adapter

Hey all!

It's my first time trying to handle electronics. I thought it's a good place to ask and hope you could help me:

I want to build this an ultrasonic fogger. instead of buying an expansive one with five membranes like this one for example: https://www.thehouseofhydro.com/store/p100/(230V)_5_Disc_Mist_Maker.html
I thought I'll buy a few circuits like this: http://www.icstation.com/20mm-113kh...er-board-desktop-mini-humidifier-p-11434.html
and put them together.

Now my questions are: can I connect all those units to use with one adaptor? is it easy to do, and how is it in regards to usage of electricity (is it more energy usage than a store bought fogger)?

Building a kit is always more fun.
The kit is 3W and the finished product is 150W so you probably get 50 times less mist from the kit.
To know what power pack you need, add up the wattage (W) of the units of your circuits and get a power pack with more watts.

Hey Alfonso! yes I think so too :)
Is it always the case that the amount of Wattage would indicate the straight of the product?
I'm really trying to figure it out. for instance: This one is 2.5W and claim to produce 380ml/h

That's what makes me confused and not sure if to get the chip or go with a bigger model.

Looking at milliliters per hour per watt, the 400 W unit is terrible compared to the others.

BUT - there is not nearly enough information to compare apples to apples. The lower efficiency units might use power supply input power rather than the driver circuit output power to the discs, severely decreasing their efficiency on paper. Here is a possible decision tree:

How much fog do you need?
How much fog do you want?
How much money do you have?

Hey Kid, Not much money and I'm really a DIY type of guy.. I like making my own stuff :)
I would say I would like to shoot for 1000ml/ per hour. apparently those membranes are deteriorating with long use so I want something strong that would run for a short period.
I am mainly confused because of the price difference and a bit afraid that they are not giving correct information (especially the kit)
How did you conclude the 400w is the least efficient? would you go for the kit?

7000 mL / hr / 400 W = 17.5 mL / hr / W
380 mL / hr / 2.5 W = 152 mL / hr / W
152 > 17.5

You can do a similar analysis for mL / hr / $

Note that the larger unit has a certified power supply built in, a stainless steel body, multiple emitters pre-wired together and tested, etc.

Like you I suspect that the kit gives 38ml and not 380, somehow a zero got in by mistake. It is useful for mist of perfume or for medical purposes.
For 1000ml you need 26 of them. If you feel up your room with 1000ml every hour then before the end of the day you'll be swimming.
I would recommend to start with one kit and use it to assess how many to buy in the second round.
You can do your test using any 3.7-12 DC power supply.
