Condenser microphone output

Here is how the specifications show that the microphone is supposed to be powered and used.

But here is how I have my microphone outputing a signal.

C1 and D1 are still the same as the the capacitor and the diode in the first figure, I couldn't find the exact elements in my circuit creator software. What is wrong (if any) with this configuration? We were still able to see a signal on an oscilloscope.

It shows how to convert the electret microphone for source follower use.

Thank you Bertus, I made a mistake with my circuit, this is how we configured it

And we did not modify the electret microphone, it was left like this. Do you think that the signal from the microphone is being inverted because it is this way?

Hello,

When R1=R2 , the signal output will be about half the amplitude.
The phase will be 180° shifted on the lower side.
