Computing peak voltage after rectification

For a half-wave rectifier, I usually ignore the Vf parameter and just use sqrt(2)*RMS. I am trying to develop a program to help with power supply design for simple linear regulation, and probably want to use sqrt(2)*RMS - Vf. It looks to me like the voltage from a full-wave bridge rectifier is going to be sqrt(2)*RMS - 2 * Vf. Correct?
