I meant to know gain we have to plot Vout and Vin. Av = Vout/Vin and we can't plot gain by LTspice.

OK, I will read that and ask later. I see mosfet model in BSIM is really complicated.

If we set Vin = 1V for AC analysis, Vout will be equal to voltage gain.
So, all we need is to plot Vout to get the gain Vs frequency.
If Vin not equal to one, we still can plot the voltage gain.
All we need is to plot Vout/Vin and LTspice will do the math for as.

LTspice use full model. So I still don't understand what do you mean by "use them in your circuits".
