I'm having trouble finding the CMRR for the circuit shown and making the Bode plot of its value vs. frequency using OrCAD Capture. Any help would be great and appreciated.

 

In order to measure the CMRR, you need both a common mode signal and a differential mode signal.

 

Right. Maybe I have my circuits set up incorrectly or my equation in the simulation is incorrect but here is how I have them set up.
The equation I used for the X-axis is [Vod/(Vi1-Vi2)]/[Voc/Vic].

 

You have the circuits set up correct.

You measure the signal from DC to some arbitrary value, say 1 Mhz, and take 20 * log(Vdiff/Vcom)
after doing the two sims, at a particular frequency.
