So you are attempting to upgrade your CNC by going to a bigger motor?
Tell us what controller and what motor you are using now and what power supply.
Tell us what motor you want to add.

You can just switch the controller and connect the control signals as before.

DM542T driver to run nema23 stepper motor for making my own router cnc

I've never heard of going from one driver to another the one in the link above is controller wit built in driver for controlling the nema17 stepper motors and i want to convert that driver back to something the DM542t driver can understand and then to the nema24's

oh the power supply is like 60 volts on the big motors and the little motors are 24 volts big difference

Stepper motor for CNC now use a drive that uses a much higher voltage than the motor plate rated value.
That motor is only 3.5v but the drive has to maintain the rated current throughout the speed range, in order to do that the supplied voltage is regulated in order to maintain this voltage as the motor inductive reactance increases with RPM.
IOW the important issue is that the rated Current maintained at all times.
You only need one drive/motor.

by the way thank you for helping me

i just don't want to buy that main board and burn it up its just 24volts and 2amp board

i don't know if i could do a transistor like to boast the signal like electric guitars do wit stepper motor or something
got that idea from old video

What I would do:

Ditch the open-loop steppers
Aliexpress has low-cost BLDC motor/drive packages
These drives accept Pulse/Direction signals
Pulses become position commands for the closed-loop servos.
