I have a somho 305 bluetooth speaker which has been working fine until i used the line in with a very hot signal . Now the left speaker is constantly producing a clicking noise although the right speaker still gives normal sound . I'll appreciate a fix/soulution .thanks .

 

Sounds like you've blown the left channel preamp up. It maybe possible to swap preamp channels to prove it, but chances are it would be easier to swap the whole pcb.

Am considering terminating the left speaker wire on the right channel( both left and right speaker will now be on same channel). Any advice?

 

Yes you can make it mono, by feeding the same signal into the left/right preamps.

Am not sure am getting you when you same feeding same signal into the preamps.

All i said was i will join the left speaker wires to the right speakers output point on the board
