Hello I'm using this circuit latch to power my circuit the problem is when I would power off my circuit(When I click on the button for second time ) It must click on the button about 3 seconds to power Off .
Can someone help me????

With no clue at all as to the functionality of that unknown four terminal device you get no analysis. And that number looks likea proprietary part number, not valid electronic part designation..
And what is wrong with holding the button 3 seconds for a shutdown? That sounds like a well designed system. Many of my devices require an intentional press and hold to switch off, I would not want instant switch off because it is far too sensitive.

It basically shows the footprint of many PCT tactile push button switches

OK, but I am not used to seeing pictograms inside well drawn schematics that use correct symbols for everything else.

I tested the circuit with good results but changed R4 and R5 to 10K and C5 to 33uf.
To power OFF required holding the button down for appx 1 second.

 

Here's another version replacing Q4 with a 2N7000 mosfet for a quicker response time.
