I want to make a circuit that is suitable for 3 LEDs that are attached to each other. From this there are totally 9 like this i want to be able to turn on or off with a button in my each hand Each LED can be 3V and 5watt So 9v and 15 watt In each hand wanted to see if I can use lithium batteries inside the vape or not i dont have any backgrounds on electric engineering or even electrical stuff any suggestions? It must be hand held too
