can anyone explain how to charge a battery in a circuit, i have no clue, what do i need how do they link up, please email me with solutions

Can't answer you. You haven't stated the battery type (NiCAD, Lead-acid, etc.) or its capacity.

If it's small and rechargeable, you might find that you can get a cheap charger for it.
