Does anyone knows how an electronic car odometer works and how to reduce the milemeters/kilometers displayed on it?

 

Same way a mechanical one works. It counts revolutions. Runing the car in reverse on a dynamometer stand will work if you have the patience.

This work for a mechanical one but i dont think works for a digital one.
