Capacitor Value for LED Bulb

Welcome to AAC.
Are you asking how to power an LED using the mains supply, with a capacitor as a voltage dropper.?
If so, that type of project is not allowed on AAC.

Did you mean "resistor" value?

If you meant capacitor then as stated above circuits like that are not allowed to be discussed here for safety reasons.. Its dangerous and you could be killed if built incorrectly..
