Capacitor - unsure of what the 'K' means after the value

Does anyone know what the 'K' means after the capacitor value (4700 pF) ? I assume its either tolerance or a multiplier.
The case size is 18mm x 8 x 14.5 tall (Pls see attached). Sorry for the skewed view - it was buried on the board and had to use a borescope to snap a pic. Thank you
