Capacitor type?

Craftsman 19.2 v Impact wrench, won't turn on.
Model No. is 315.116020

When I opened it up, I found a burnt wire on one capacitor mounted in the trigger.
I fixed that, but still nothing.
Later, I found a piece half of another capacitor laying in the hollow of the grip.

It was a hard plastic cap with the numbers 8A4 MIC

It doesn't look like any that I have.
The wire ends are very thick, like a high voltage cap from a Microwave Oven.

Can I bypass these two capacitors?
I've never seen a trigger with caps before.

If not, where can I buy one? (I don't see it on Ebay)

Thanks,
Gary

Could I substitute a 1000v, 10Amp?

Since this one basically broke in half, maybe a higher rated one would last longer?

Or does a Diode need to be kept at design specs?

Thanks again,
