I have a UNI-T ut58C meter and have never tested a capacitor before, which sockets should the probe leads be in to do this?

The manual only mentions a plug in attachment, I tried every combo of sockets but I'm getting nothing from any cap I test. I need to test a 15 uf generator run cap.

Below is from the manual. I don't know what they mean by a "multipurpose socket". It is used only for capacitance and temperature.

It appears the capacitance function is on the V range, selected by the the blue button. And the probe should be in the socket marked VΩHz°C

Edit: The other two sockets are only for current.
