Hello,

My question is: I'm trying to use a candle flicker LED with built-in chip to control 10 watts of high power LEDs through a transistor to obtain the same flicker rate.
My base voltage is 12 VDC.
Any recommendations for which transistor to use?

need to see your circuit diagram,you may be able to use a mosfet, or bjt.

But the 1W LED would become 10W and the primary voltage would be 12 VDC
