I cant figure out the software that it needs. And i wonder is something worng with circuit?
Please just focus on s201 to s208 buttons, their red leds, displays.
I trying this circuit work as;
1- at first start none of leds or displays(except timer 14segment led display) in matrix should not work, only when pushed its button on its row.
2- 14 segment led display at left above should start 15 when powered.
could you please just look at unlogical mistakes on the shematic?
