Can I hook this two up?

simple question..can i hook this two cable ? It will less than 15 amps pull, and 12v.

I am not an expert in all of this but wondering because the cable look of different gauge.

This will be used in the car. The white connector goes into the tow hitch connector that the car has and the other end will be going in place of the clamps.

The idea is to use as an outlet for the
Dashcam.

My big question is on the cable gauge and type of cable seem different.
