Calculus problem I have not seen before

Hello, this problem is one in our book but I have not seen one like it before. Im not asking for someone to give me an answer, I just want to know the process/method/theorem I need to look over to be able to solve it. If someone would be willing to point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

would I be able to use FTC to get to this? Im not sure where to go from here. I dont know what explicit formula im supposed to be looking for.

edit: e^-4x instead of t
