60Hz and you should open new topic and not replay to 10yr old ones.

 

if your using a recording oscillograph or a digital oscilloscope, the formula is the same 1/t

if your recording oscillograph is calibrated in two minute increments, and the oscillation is 4 of them, that's 1 / (60*8) or approximately 2.08 mHz

if the time is one day, that's 1/86400
