Hello All, I have a quick question regarding calculating the SNR of a differential receiver. Say for example, I have a differential receiver whose threshold is 10mV to flip its output state. if I have a input differential signal of magnitude 50mV, I can say that the SNR is 20*log10(50mV/10mV) but what if my receiver threshold is -10mV to flip its output state. In this case, it clearly looks like the SNR will be higher compared to the first case but how can we depict the case mathematically?
