I need to convert pwm signal to a corresponding analog voltage.
The problem is that i need to design it for a very small ripple voltage still have to minimize the settling time.
I know how to design the filter for the needed ripple voltage, but i have been struggling to determine the settling time.
Can someone help me with a math expression to calculate the settling time as well as how the settling time is influenced by higher order poles?
