I am struggling to find out how to calculate the ripple voltage of a full wave voltage multiplier. Any ideas where I can find an example. I'm guessing the ripple voltage calculation for a bridge rectifier isn't going to cut it?

 

Depending on the number of stages in the multiplier the maths could get very complicated. Why not let a simulator like LTspice do the hard work for you?

 

This is the circuit so far. I'm new to simulating and in particular new to LT spice. How do I measure ripple with the simulation running?

If Marching Waveforms are enabled (they are by default) in Control Panel / Operation then you can see the ripple by plotting the voltage at, say, M1 drain.
