I have been trying to fix a stinger bug zapper its a uv 801 I cannot find starter bulbs or transformers cannot seem to have my questions answered

Its a stinger uv 801 I purchased new bulbs they light up it was zapping now its not the grid doesn't seem as electrical I have ordered new glass starter bulbs the old ones look black.
