HI everyone,
I am looking for some advise on a very bright led (small form factor, preferably, SMD), which
is monochromatic, and possible wiring diagram to operate it at its maximum intensity.
Thanks,
sid.

You don't provider much information. For starters, what color and luminous intensity are you looking for?

@dl324 I suspect "monochromatic" = White (never mind the color temperature).

Do you have any limitations on the power supply? There are some pretty powerful LEDs available.

@dl324 : monochromatic: (mono) single color . Any primary color would work (RGB).
@DICK: I am thinking of a 9V supply. I do not have any idea for the Cd ratings, but I want them
to be the brightest that I can get. I would want to avoid any heat sinks over and above what can be
dissipated naturally to the surroundings.
