Me and my friend from the university working on ADC SAR
for the beginning we started to work on Sample and Hold circuit and we choose to use the Bootstrap Sample and Hold circuit
We learn about the circuit and one of the transistors (M10) in our schematic look like useless and if we do the simulation without this transistors the circuit is working better.
We attached the schematic and want to ask what is the purpose of M10
