I am a beginner and I would like to know how to create a Bode Plot in Matlab using Known inputs, ie frequency, input voltage and output voltage which are present in an excel sheet

Thanks, but this guy has gain and phase data. Mine is frequency input and output voltage. Is this data sufficient to create a Bode Plot in MatLab?

If So how?

 

Right ... something is missing. You need some way to observe the physical phase angle of the output variable as a function of frequency.
