Hello. I would like to ask for some general advice regarding my next project idea. I have previously done something like that:

I would love to do something simmilar but instead of using an audio detector IC, I would like to use ESP32 with bluetooth or wifi and connect to my phone through wirelessly. If a phone is playing music when connected to esp32 , the LEDS would light up accordingly.

Could someone give me some hints how could I achieve that?

 

Simply replace the Sound Detector Module with the audio output from your Bluetooth receiver.
