I have Win10 and I am going to Buy an External Blue Ray Drive.

It uses USB 3.0 so it can Transfer 5,000 Mbps.

I think this should be ok because Blue Ray Transfer Rate is 54 Mbps.

Am I Right?

I have not checked the transfer rates but USB blue ray storage drives successfully do what they are supposed to do. Why are you so concerned about it? Do you have a particular high speed data transfer requirement?

I just Thinking if Blue Ray Transfer Rate is 54 Mbps you want the USB 3.0 OutPut to be able to Transfer that.

The data transfer rate for USB 2.0 is 480 Mbps. USB 3.0 is ten times faster so either will transfer data from a blue ray device at its maximum transfer speed.
