Blown Lelon capacitor on a treadmill board

My son was using my wife's treadmill and smoke was coming out from bottom. He stopped and it looks like the smoke and smell came from the envelop of the capacitor that got really hot and started to melt. The treadmill still works.
Can we still use it? Or should I change the capacitor asap?
Is it a snap in capacitor or soldered one. It is kinda loose and keeps turning or it is just the casing that is turning.
Help please !
Thanks

A Higher voltage than the original is recommended, I have seen many electrolytic's on some T.M. boards rated right close to the working voltage or even just under.
Max.
Thanks Max, the ones I find online are snap in so I assume the original is also snap in but it keeps turning when I try to unscrew it or is it just the casing?

They normally are soldered in, not unscrewed!
The only problem usually by going to a larger value is the increase in physical size.
