also when is fuse is blown the load will be completely disconnected from power source

Just connect a LED with suitable resistor in series. Wire the two across the two fuse terminals.
The current should be enough to light the LED without significant current carrying capability

Not if you put an LED + resistor across it as two of us have suggested. The current will actually flow through the LED and through the load, but it will be a very small current that will not power the load.

Ever seen an old light switch that lights up when the switch is off? That works the same way.

I don't see any reference to AC ??
Link ??
WERE it AC, then a simple 24v Neon across the fuse would suffice.

They are all over the place, in many sources.
Surely the OP knows whether it is AC or DC ??

Why does a DC pilot light have two black insulated leads??? My 120 volt AC neon devices have 2 black insulated leads, my DC LED pilot lights al have one red lead and one black lead.
Also, the TS asks about "An LED glowing" to indicate a failed fuse. So AC or DC my suggestion works. And the devices in the photo are not neon, but rather LEDs. I have seen them, we had a drawer full at one company. GREEN lenses with RED LRDs. They were not at all effective.
