Hi, i need to play 1 video in loop on a display that should be turned on 24 hours a day. I tried using the raspberry pi 3b but it's not powerful enough, the video is jerky. What is in your opinion the best single-board computer as small as possible that suits my case?

It might be worthwhile to look at refurbished, open box or used PC's. I've found reasonably priced usable PC's from Newegg but there are other suppliers as well. There are a lot of small form factor PC's available.

 

I haven't looked at the specs, but the Raspberry 5 is out, and like Lo_volt said look into refurbished mother boards and PC's.
