Best PCB layout for RF circuit (10MHz)

Hi all
I am designing an oscillator circuit ( Quartz crystal, 10MHz). Characteristics as bellow
- Single DC supply power ( taking from a laptop USB connector): +5VDC
- Circuit frequency: 10Mhz
- Implement this circuit on 2 layers of PCB ( TOP & BOTTOM)

I am wondering which bellow way is better for my circuit performance ?

(1) Copper pour on TOP & BOTTOM connect to GND
(2) TOP connects to GND, while BOTTOM connects to +5VDC

Please help me to clear this.
