If you mean schematic capture and PCB design outputting Gerber files etc, I use the free Kicad, I found it comparable with Orcad.

If you need to ask then you are far, far, far from the point where you will make money at this.

And you need to begin by defining your parameters. Like what kind of software? If you can't provide exact specifications to your project you will never make any money at freelance work.
