I want to design a high power portable speaker. The power supply will be made by 7 cells in series and another 7 in parallel. For charging I want to add those ready-made protection and balancing modules. My question is : Do I need a module with 14 connectors, or one with 7 is enough for each 2 cells wired in parallel?

 

So this is a 7s2p battery 14 cells total .... One 7 cell balancing module is all you need .
