Hi,

I am looking for a battery changing IC that managed the battery requirements of my project, but I am not certain if I can use an one cell battery charger IC, such as the [BQ25300], since the battery pack that I am looking are 3 cells in parallel (for example [RS Pro 18650 26H Li-ion Battery Pac]).

I have looking for an IC that handles multiple cells, but it is always refered to serial connection, and therefore the voltage stated for the configuration are higher than 4.7v (like the battery pack commented)

BQ25300 is a single cell charger IC, you need another type of charger that can handle 3 cells.
For charging try https://www.maximintegrated.com/en/products/power/battery-management/MAX1757.html
but for 3 cell systems there are more options from Ti and Analog.
