Good evening
Im trying to build a small but low noise balanced to unbalanced audio converter. It should also amplify the signal.
The non-inverting amplifier far right is just optional to increase the signal.

Thats my first try. what do you think? Is it worth to build it or will it work just in the simulation?

Note: There is the LTSpice shematic attached.

You cannot operate that circuit with a floating power supply as you show.
There is no path for the output load current to the supply.
One side of the supply must be grounded.
If you want to amplify bipolar signals then you will need two (split) supplies (each grounded) or you will need to AC couple the signal and add some offset.
