I am acting as a buying agent for purchases of of power supplies to 6 different power plants, I nned to find a source of suppliers of parts. I have several request including 12 Thyristor (also called SCR) Silicon Control Rectifire Part number: GE 104X125DAO81- need 6 pcs and Thyristor - part number PRX 104125DA081 - quantity 6.

Can any one help me in finding souces of suppliers of these 30-40 year old power plant parts?

Have you got the spec's on these devices? If you know the voltage and curent ratings, plus the package, then a reasonable substitute can be found.

Poking yourself in the eye with a sharp stick is often more fun than running down obsolete parts.
