my project is simulation based and i need a atmega8 controller...
i cannot fing it in multisim. so i want to create it.... can i get the model data for atmega 8

 

My proteus simulator has atmega8, atmega88 & atmega8515.

I know somebody is creating simulating components for LT Spice IV in the Yahoo User Groups. But I've never tried it in Proteus. If you do suceed in creating atmega8 in your multisim simulator, please do keep us informed...
