Are extra leads on a SMT component a problem?

Hello all,
I want to mount the part below, which has two extra pins (All Drain), on a PCB footprint with a different design.

Will there be any adverse affects from two pins not being soldered, and only resting on the PCB. Any issues with solderability or coplanarity?

I want to mount this package:

on this PCB footprint:

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The Drain is the entire area in yellow. It is not just the 2 or 4 fingers at the top. You do not have a problem.

If there is a problem, it is because the two fingers are on top of the soldermask and hold the part slightly above the copper. With good solder under the part there should not be a problem. Fix it for production but for one don't worry,
