I've been having problems with my new Arduino OPLA IOT kit...I downloaded the create agent plug in so that my board (mkr 1010) and computer can talk, but when it is finished downloading, either nothing happens, or a greyed out version of the "create agent" icon appears in my finder.
No small icon at the top of the screen like what is supposed to appear...
Very confused, pretty sure this is the only reason my sketches upload, but nothing happens with LEDs or the display...also why in the serial monitor it says "connection to ______ failed 500 miliseconds" or something
by the way im on a Mac with OS 10.15.7, I have tried Firefox and safari
