Arduino chip question

Hello
Question for those who have buy these chip (Atmega 328p-pu or Atmega 328pu) from mouser electronics or Digkeys electronics.
I would like to know are these chips BARE with out any bootloader on the chip?

Thank for the answer.
The reason i post the question is I wanted a bare chip.
So JimG said Digkey and Mouser do sell the bare chip Atmega328 p-pu and Atmega328 pu good to know.
