No COIL??

I see a coil. It's a simple multivibrator circuit. Nothing new or inventive about it.

 

The picture in post #2 looks a lot like an induction heater would look, IF they looked like that.

 

That was my initial view, nothing new there!

 

REally, though. There is always room for improvement in induction heating schemes, because there is usually always some compromise, usually due to cost or production rate. And there is always the concern about leaking interference.
