To be honest I wouldn't expect much in any possible response beyond the rote responses we've seen so far. The guy is the VP of marketing with a degree in psychology so I actually sort of feel for him being thrown out here because I don't think he technically understands how much Snake oil has been given to him to promote the superiority of this product over others on the market.

 

What is it and how does it work?

Connect three purely resistive loads across the phases. One that draws 10 kW, one that draws 1 kW, and the third that draws 100 kW.

Your claim is that the phases will be perfectly balanced.

Please explain how.
