I threw it on the bench, stuck 10V into it and my Siglent SDM3055—now I trust both of them more.

I was ready to try to figure out how I was going to calibrate it since it looked tampered with but it
s either the most incredible coincidence in history or they are both spot on. The track over a really wide range of voltages. Next resistance. then current.

I've used various fluke bench meters for decades at work and had calibration papers, with supporting data on them for decades. Never, ever needed adjustment.

The 77 IV I also got for a great price is also spot on. I love the 77 meters even if they don't do RMS.
