I have SWAN M50W amplifier with sub woofer.

Amplifier Ic-tda7265 and sub woofer ic-tda7294 Bothe getting burst out after replacement. I have checked for shorts in the associated circuit.
Everything is good.
After replacing IC's tda 7294 failed with fumes within few seconds.

Kindly suggest aalternatives.
circuit diagram with discreat components values are avialable with me and I tried at Web.

I would check the supply voltage first, then replace one of them and if all is well replace the other.

Can you post pictures of the inside pcb.

 

It's slightly possible that you got counterfeit replacement ICs, if they weren't purchased from a reputable distributor.

Sorry I donot have Circuit Diagram. In fact I phsically traced and no shorts.

PCB photos hence could be got from SWANM50W repair thread.

I presume TDA 7294 fails due to spikes while switching although good protection at power supply circuit
Higher end temperature compensation IC might be required.

Awaiting suggestions

 

Failure Mode Analysis-----Higher End Temperature Compensation IC equivalent to TDA 9274 may be suggested.
