hi everyone,
at my question i need to get a frequency of 10Khz and a 30% duty cycle at vout.
to make 30% duty cycle i need to set discharging time 3 times more than charging time!?
my question is how i determine which resistors affect the capacitor when charging and which when discharging?

Analyze the circuit and see what the time constant is for the rising and falling parts of the waveform.
