Altium design rule to disallow rooting under IC

Hi,
Does anyone know how to create a rule in Altium Designer so that the software blocks you from putting trace in certain region of your pcb ?
I have a GPS chip in which it is not allowed to put trace under it and I'd rather create an automatic rule.
