I have two confusion
1) To avoid aliasing we should ideally sample at Nyquist rate or above to avoid overlap in the freq domain
2) To avoid ISI we should have the condition where the sum of frequency spectra is a constant which means there should be overlapping
I'm confused between the two statements which seems contradictory please can anyone explain ?
